The PRTCM (Professional Register of Traditional Chinese Medicine)

- a regulatory body, founded in Ireland in the 1980s, for the professional practice of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, TCM and Medical Qigong.

The PRTCM maintains a register of fully qualified and insured Acupuncturists and Practitioners of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and TCM in Ireland and the U.K.

The ICTCM (Irish College of TCM)

- A college of Traditional Chinese Medicine, founded in Ireland in the 1980s, offering education and professional training in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, TCM and Medical Qigong.

The ICTCM now offers post-graduate Master and Doctoral Degrees in Chinese Medicine, mainly run in Ireland.
